HOW TO USE THE USHRED MACHINE |

THE USHRED MACHINE
- HOW IT WORKS:
|
1. Customer locates
a USHRED shredding system.
2. Customer purchases a pre-paid shredding card from
the card machine attached to the USHRED machine. In
the picture, this is the large rectangular black box
that sits on top of the shredder. As an alternative,
customer can use their credit card. The USHRED
card machine accepts VISA and MASTER CARD.
3. Customer places their documents on a convenient
table located next to USHRED shredding machine or on
the actual machine. Each machine has a convenient space
to place a box or bag of documents. In the picture,
this space is located to the left of the conveyor belt
(under the pre-paid card machine).

4. Customer spreads out their documents
on the shredder conveyor belt in preparation for shredding.
Once the documents are prepared, the shredding process
can begin. |

5. Customer inserts either their pre-paid
shredding card or their credit card into the USHRED
card machine. Once this is done the power is turned
on and the timer is activated. Time elapsed and
amount charged is continuously displayed on the digital
panel of the USHRED card machine. In the picture above,
the USHRED card machine is located in the top right
hand corner. |

6. The shredding process begins.
Using the conveyor belt, the customer feeds documents
into the high powered shredder. Paper clips, clasps,
etc. do not have to be removed-the shredder will
destroy these. A picture guide of
what can and cannot go through the shredder is attached
to each unit for easy customer viewing. |

7.
The customer's documents are destroyed quickly and conveniently.
The shredded documents are dispensed into a locked,
steel high security catch basin. The customer
can view their destroyed information through a thick
plexiglass panel fastened within the steel cage.
The contents of this basin are discarded every 48 hours
by qualified security personnel. A placard stating
disposal policy is prominently displayed on the cage. |

8.
When shredding is complete, the customer pushes a prominently
displayed STOP button on the USHRED card machine.
The timer and the power are de-activated. Charges
automatically stop. NOTE: Timer and charges
will continue if the minimum charges has not been reached. |
9. You're done! You've just shredded
a stack of paper that would have taken hours on
your personal shredder. The best part: You
did it all in about five minutes and it didn't
cost you a fortune!
